On 7th September 2007 EfVET and Euracademy Association held a one-day Conference in Brussels as a final Project Conference. The conference encouraged the exchange of ideas in the field of lifelong learning in rural areas, with a focus on SMEs and micro-enterprises, provided a forum for exploring and promoting best practice in this field, presented the activities and results achieved by the Observatory so far, and expand its network. The conference was targeted to policy makers and administration related to the topic as well as to education and enterprise development professionals.
